Taiji Group invested more than USD150,000,000to carry on technological transformation in recent years. All the workshops have reached national GMP standard, standard factories have been built and a batch of internationally advanced automatic production lines and production equipments have been integrated. Also Taiji Group has set up strict quality control and guarantee system in order to effectively manage all the links involving supply, production, quality testing and marketing, etc., control the whole course of production, and strictly analyze the products. Every batch is recorded and all the materials and products can be traced and verified. Every department, link and employee is required to obtain the consciousness of "no quality, no brands "and the thoughts of serving customers. Above all, the reliable quality of products is guaranteed.

Every year Taiji Group carries on staff training on relevant pharmaceutical administration laws and regulations, GMP, SMP, SOP, QA and QC, etc. Qualified personnel are able to meet the demands of the modernized drug production and the quality guarantee of products. In addition, a high-level and high-quality R&D team offers strong guarantee for product quality. The outstanding researchers can be provided an opportunity to take advanced abroad & domestic study, which brings up a group of post-masters and doctors. In 1999, Taiji Group was approved to found post-doctoral workstation jointly with 15 abroad & domestic universities and colleges and cultivate more than 20 post-doctors.

In accordance with the national GAP standard, Taiji Group has set up several raw herbal planting bases such as Fuling Anticancer Drug Base and Xiannv Mountain Base to plant high-efficient, pollution-free raw herbs. On one hand it is to supply the sufficient raw materials for TCM production, on the other hand it is to guarantee the quality of the products fundamentally.

Taiji Group 1) has the largest production line with the annual production capacity of 100 million bottles of syrup in Asia; 2) owns the largest production line with the annual production capacity of one billion vials of oral liquid in China; 3) has the domestic largest workshops of herbal pre-processing and extract & concentration; the first production of freeze-dry powder injection in the GMP sample workshop in China; 4) equips the most advanced bottle production line made in Japan, the soft bag transfusion production line made in Germany, automatic particle production line from Canada and fully automatic packaging line from Italy. 9 pharmaceutical factories of Taiji Group consume total amount of 100,000 tons of raw herbal material each year and achieve the top one in manufacture and sales of Traditional Chinese Medicines (TCM). In recent years, Taiji Group bought domestically and internationally advanced technology and production equipments, which enable the production capacity to improve sharply so as to establish the largest chemical medicine production base in the West of China. Taiji Group is able to manufacture nearly all dosage forms of both TCM and chemical medicines, and provide commission processing services for overseas customers. In Fuling, Taiji Group has established the domestically largest pharmaceutical industrial zone with annual output of over 150 million US dollars, occupied an area of 4000 acres and jointed by production part and R&D part.
